Philip Lim featured bright blue eyeliner, while Missoni went for striking turquoise across the whole eye lid. If you’re keen to try the Marc Jacobs morning-after, smudgy blue eye-shadow look, but you want a toned-down version, this palette of soft smoky blues, a gentle grey and a shimmering highlighter is a good place to start.   • Bwa ha ha ha ha, says the pe1on whose only contribution to anything is to take the time to negatively respond to the death of someone whose very existence made not a difference to them. Most people who were as casually indifferent as you, would have read no further than the headline but here you are taking the time to anonymously moan, I wonder, have you achieved anything in your life of note?
